Me, myself and art
So glad you’re here!
You have either purposefully or accidentally landed upon my little artistic corner of the world.
My name is Caroline Harroe.
First and foremost I am a mum to 5 little people including two sets of twins. We live a somewhat quirky existence where our children are home educated and we live on the edge of our own little patch of woodland. It’s idyllic and chaotic.
I am a self-taught traditional and digital artist working in a range of mediums to explore the human experience.
My art reflects my life
My art reflects my life, pursuing an understanding and expression of the physical & emotional experience of what it is to be a human and what it is to be a woman.
My work often takes a look at suffering and survival, darkness and hope, strength and vulnerability.
Essentially I explore in art, that which I experience in life, or that I see others experiencing. This enables me to represent or make sense if the experience, for myself and for others.
If you would like to get in touch with me then here are my details. What I would say is that if you’re dropping me an email please pop in the title what the email is about.
Aside from email, Twitter is probably the easiest way to get in touch so do reach out to me there.
You will find all my associated social media platforms woven throughout this site.
